Default Dollhouse book in Finnish

Even if you don't understand a word of Finnish "Nukkekoti Väinölän tapaan" by Maria Malmström is well worth a look. She's built a huge cupboard-style dollhouse that she's decorated 50's style. In the book she goes room-to room and shows how you make different items from the various rooms. Mostly furniture but also other things like fake soap things that are crocheted and toyes Detailed photos and patterns at the end of the book bridges the language barrier. I bought it via Adlibris Nukkekoti Väinölän tapaan - Maria Malmström - bok(9789513165222) - fraktfritt | Adlibris Bokhandel but it seems a bit hard to find otherwise.

Maria has her own blog as well where you can see the house http://maria-malmstrom.blogspot.se/p...e-vainola.html

I've just had a quick look at her blog, her cupboard/doll house is quite amazing. Every room is so crammed there is so much to look at and take in. I love the little room showing a mini version of her cupboard house being made with all the wood shavings on the floor. I will have to put it in favourites to have a really good look at later, and at least the blog is in English which is nice. Thanks for sharing this

Just had a quick look at the blog too, the cupboard house looks very impressive. Like Sharon I saved the link and will have a closer look later...
