Ouch!...........but I do use needles or Broaches to give them the correct name.......great for enlarging holes and removing material etc........various sizes in a pack of six........used them for year on smaller scale boats.
There! How's that for a turnaround..........I'm off, long drive tomorrow..........
Forget the rapier Jeanette.........get some broaches. If you ask me nicely I'll tell you where to get them!

i dont know who said what to you but i am sure you weren't offensive and we certainly need a little light-hearted humour around her . I am sorry if someone is trying to involve you in something that is very sad and if that is what is happening to new members is only going to put people off. i hope it doesn't put you off using the forum for what it should be used for sharing ideas getting help helping others and having a bit of fun. It is lovely to see some new members on here and i hope they will stay around and enjoy the forum

I didn't find anything you said offensive. As others have said it's good to have a bit of humour as it is a friendly forum. I have better things to do than nit pick. You are very welcome here and it puts up the number of boys we have.

I was born offensive Amanda.......Yellow with a mop of black curly hair but my mum didn't have anyone else so she kept me..........but whatever......truce for all and anyway I've just acquired an amazing new house........don't know why, I'd rather make my own but this just captivated me........and what a history behind it.......'The House that Moved'
You know what!..........I'm going to get a 'telling off' for going 'off topic' now........C'est la vie

Hi Mike, I'll help out but first Congratulations on the house. What a Beauty, if you ever get fed up with it you can 'Move it again' to Little Candleford .
Now what do you use Hollow Punches for? I've seen them but don't know their use....Told you I had Limited Skills

Wow om the house that moved. Another enchanting piece.

Almost forgot another tool that I enjoy using without any supervision are the heavy side cutters. Sometimes I use ice lolly sticks to make dolls house flooring or wall paneling. I use the side cutter to remove the round edges.
