hi all i have spoken to the lady who is selling this house and she has offered me the house, stables and consvertory for £850 unfortuantly this is slightly more than i had intended to spend on this property there is a slight bit of work to do nothing to major just finishing the odd window ect the lights and fireplaces are included in the sale. if any one is intrested in this please send me a private message i shall forward you janes email . i personally have decided on making a property similiar to this which will be more rewarding in the long run as i am not able to complete ashcombe hall at this time so any further questions then please do not hessitate to contact me regards julian
