Wouldn't you rather have one come in a box and stamp your own mark on it?

It is only worth as much as you want to pay for it, but she won't get what she wants for it, as nice as it is.

well ive never seen a property like it if you knew of a property similar to it then i would rather by new. but your right it will not go any where near that id be surprised if it did anyway. i mean peronally the decour is repulsive, and something very much to be desired and the rooms look bare. i have asked for some more phots i am very intrested in this property ive if just for ideas on a future property regards julian

I don't like the decor, its a big house and would be fun to redecorate.
Personally I would rather build or renovate my own but not everyone is able to do that. There are a lot of people who just want a house already done.
I just thought it was interesting to watch and see what such a large house would sell for .

hi amchoor

its not so much the size although it is a very good size its the fact its very diffrent unique, i like the stable it would need a lot of work to make it look half decent and i think that thats part of the attraction to it. but i certainly wouldnt pay any more than 600 for it purely due to the fact of the amount of money that is need to be spent on it . but if i can some more decent pictures maybe i could look at making my own similar build with out that hidious decour lol. just in case you didnt relise the first few time i hate the way its decorated hehehehehehe it dose no justice to the property if any thing i think it would put some people off lol.
