Default Miniature knitting

Hi All
I have just started a little dress on size 22 knitting needles.
Does anyone else do miniature knitting who would be interesting in swapping miniature baby clothes patterns.

I can't knit in full size so have no hope of knitting in miniature! I always do it too tight and then can't get the needle in!

I've only just started knitting, I'm not quite brave enough to start on miniature knitting yet. How small are those needles. What are you working on at the moment, and how difficult is it to knit that small?

I find if I put hand cream on before I start it helps to stop the stitches slipping off the needles
