Ideas for decorating ceilings

I'm decorating a new dolls house and wondered if anyone has any good ideas about decorating ceilings. I'd like something a bit more interesting than just bog-standard paper on the ceilings.

Hi brownbears, you can by patterned paper from dhe for the ceiling and some people on the forum have made decorative ceilings using blown vinyl wallpaper sample form diy shops.

One in pink bedroom in my album cut out from samples and edged wth gold

You could go with beams.... or if your very brave try you hand at shaping it and covering with bricks like a moorish vaulted ceiling.
