Help!

Hiya, could someone please help me to put my photos into the home sweet home gallery. I cant seem to find a link to upload my photos...... its so frustrating lol!

if you click in the reply tab then when the white box comes up that you write in...scroll down the page. half way down is a box that says manage attachments. click this. a little grey bow will appear

then choose browse....find the file on you pc with pics in and select the pic

click upload in the little grey box

when the attachment has added you will have a list of them in that grey box.

when you have added all the pics you want (you can only do 5 at a time) close the box and click on submit reply as usual

If you go into the Discussion forum first page find the list on the right hand side click on one that says Home Sweet Home,
this will take you into the thread at the top left hand corner there is a brown box click on that this will open your new thread,
add your title for your house, type in a heading when you are ready to upload your images go into the box at the top with the paperclip icon on it this will bring up the Upload Manager press the browse images this will take you to pictures on your computer,
make sure your images are reduced to no more than 640 x 480 in size
when you have chosen a picture you upload while still in the upload manager, you can do this for 5 pictures at a time once you have your pictures close the upload manager,
go back into the paperclip this will bring up your uploaded images in code form just click on the bottom of this and that should be hey presto then just press submit at the bottom of the page, hope this is of help

also forgot to say that you are limited to the siz of file that you can upload. if you have probelms uploading first sign back in and put a little tick in the remember me box (someone told me this helps fpor some strange reason)

if it still won't work your files may be too big and you ill need to resize them

there are programmes online that will do this for you

or

when you take the pics edit the settings on your camera to a medium quality rather than best and then they should upload fine.

Thanks , i'm going to give it a try.....my 14 year old daughter who has grown up doing I.T couldnt even help.....so much for main streem education! lol!

are you?? cool..i hated neuroscience at uni....sooooo boring!!!! (although comes in useful sometimes)

things are alwys difficult til you know how to do it. i struggled the first time too!
