Hi! I'm new. I'm from Australia. I've been doing miniatures for about 13 years now. I thought I'd come in to talk about Miniatures in general, and dollhouse emporium stuff too. :)

I don't really have many pictures, because my houses are woefully incomplete. I have two dollhouses, one was handmade that I won 13 years ago, the other I had custom made for me. The one I won is being converted into a 'poorer person's house' (though not completely poor) so, Widow, six children, spinster sister and the grandfather, in a rather small dollhouse, with a kitchen/living area, parlour for 'best', tiny scullery, a workroom where the widow is a milliner, and four bedrooms, with the kids sharing beds. The other is an upper middle class house.

One for thirteen years, but I'm renovating it. The other since... 2001? about? And I haven't got much done with that at all, though I've collected nice things to go in it.

Hi and welcome from a fellow Aussie. I had a look at your site, love the Nutrigrain. My son loves that for breakfast so I will have to show him what you do. Would love to see some pics of your houses too.:)

Hi there, I've just joined too, I can't believe this world has existed for so long without me knowing about it! I would love to try making some Fimo bits and bobs, but for now the house takes priority!

PS Winston's Mum, my roof tiles are coming along brilliantly!

Hi Jo well done am so pleased your doing it too, its so cheap and easy to do, when you colour them with paint or by spraying use a matt by the way, they really come alive. Also dont forget to chip some on a corner not many just a couple, good luck X

The only photos I really have are of the accessories I've been making, and some old ones of my house. At the moment I'd be horribly embarrassed to take any photos of my houses, because they're so surrounded by 'junk' (some of it actual junk, some projects half done some totally off topic things, some good miniatures, some supplies...)

But you can look at photos of the accessories I've been making as much as you want! Or maybe I could take photos of the one or two room boxes we have completed.
