stone paint

I know you can buy stone paint for doll houses but I want a different colour to what is available.

Has anyone any ideas which sand is best to use to make my own?

hey a handy way i found to get the colour and quantity that i needed was to use masonery paint (any hardware shop)and mix play sand (argos) through it stir really well mixing the sand all the way through only add small amounts of sand at a time when completly dry give a light sanding :)

This is a great way to get the exact colour you need, and you can customise the texture as well.
