Does anyone know how to "do" realistic tea/coffee for mugs and cups ???

I have scenic water and in one of my books it says to use that with the brown colouring for tea and with a little scenic white added for coffee

hi, you can get it frommost caft shops or ebay and it sets almost hard...its got a rubbery texture to it when set. you can read more here http://www.scenicwater.com/
