Please can anyone help before I throw these handles out of the door !!!!!
I have just stained a tallboy and opened the packet of knobs/handles only to find the handles come in 4 bits, 1 backplate, 2 small pcs and 1 handle, now I ussume the small straight bits with the hole in one end go thru the back plate and the handle fits into these holes , but I cant see a way to do this [ I might add I have very long nails which do not help ] I have tried using sweezers but really seem to need three prs of hands , do any of you clever ladies have a easy way to do it.?

Hi Sandraellen

The little straight bits are to put the handle into as you rightly thought, put one into the hole on the plate, put the first part of the handle into this hole then put the second straight bit into the other hole and feed the other side of the handle into that when you have both the straight bits at the back of the drawer bend them down your handle should now be firmly in place hope that helps

Hi Amanda
Oh you have just shown me I was not going silly, thats what I was trying to do but as I have very long nails [ and only 1/3 of a first finger on my right hand ] I found it very hard to hold the tiny pcs even using sweezers just thought someone would know of a simpler solution I had not thought of !!. Thanks I will just have to have more patience.
