My problem with the DHE catalogue is that the prices don't vary with the market like others do so whatever it is when the catalogue is printed is It, THE END. That has held me back from ordering big items and my wish list is long.
Are you a registered customer Nancy, or do you just put in all your details new for each order? If you aren't registered then that explains why they send you a catalogue with your orders.

I've never really thought about fluctuations in prices during the year between catalogues, as I've never noticed items suddenly dropping in price. Only items that were overpriced to start with! You only have to search for Miele cookers to see the wide variety of prices between shops.

DHE do have offers on every month, if you aren't getting the offers leaflets then you'll just have to look at the website at the start of each month to see what's been reduced or buy house A get add-on property B free etc

Hi folks,

Just a quick note on the point above. There have been some improvements made recently which will help to improve the speed of the website, especially at peak times. The web team are working hard to make continuous improvements to the website and the issue of speed is top of the list! Most of these improvements will be 'under the hood' so-to-speak and thus it won't be until you use the site that you'll notice the improvement.

I know it's not much, but just wanted you all to know that we are aware of the issue and are doing our very best to address it.

Thank you 'Administrator' it is very refreshing to have a company which reacts to comments from customers. There are not many such companies about, so while you may not always get everything right for everybody, thanks for answering our queries and doing your best to improve things.
