My youngest son is Home Educated, he recently asked if he could make a Dollshouse as a project.

So after some research, and lots of discussion we decided that a cheap American plywood house would be best for him. We chose the Storybook Cottage.



Yesterday he (well we) started to build the house, he decided to make it a part brick house. By bedtime the house was pretty much built.



Today he had finished off the rest of the structural, and most of the decoration.






I will later, when he is in bed tidy the house up a bit, and finish of some of the fiddly bits. But I think he has done really well, especially for an 8 year old.

His sister made up the furniture included in the kit, and he finished it off we some printables.

He is currently upstairs raiding his sisters house, for furniture, He is lucky they are at school.

I can only see your message but no pics, it gets very confusing for me when there are people commenting on things and i can't see them. It must be cos im a junior collector cos before it changed i always could see pics. I have been on your blog before so hopefully it would work again. Im sorry you have to keep sending me pics separate from your post.

I would start a thread asking what privileges a Junior User has, as it would seem they have over restricted you some what.
