Default Got a New Book!

Hi all, my new book came today - 'Making Miniature Food and Market Stalls by Angie Scarr' I wanted to have a go at making food myself so my dad said he would buy it He also said if a get really got at making food i can sell thins on ebay but i don;t think i will be that good

Hi Joe.... I've got this book too.. haven't tried making any food yet, will have to have a go and stock up Mandeli's... check out Utube for short demos/vids on making breads, cakes etc.

This was my first polymer clay book, start at the beginning and work your way through it slowly and you'll be fine. Be careful though it's addictive Like everything in this hobby.

Oh great Joe It's a lovely book, though I've not made many things out of mine yet. I've had a go at oranges and apples and they turned out ok...oh and I made some battenburg slices. Hope you enjoy making your things look forward to seeing what you make...

This is one that I would like eventually as well. Look forward to seeing your creations Joe and I dare say your food will look as professional as Angie Scarrs with a bit of practice.

Good luck with the project Joe. I envy you as I doubt I would have the patience to make all the little tiny bits. I had Making things from Polymer Clay book from the library (for about 2 days). I really admired the very clever things in it and maybe I'll work towards one day making something from it.

I have this book too Joe, as long as you follow the directions you can't really go wrong
My favourite to make are the Hot Cross buns
