Hi Val, This house gets better and better, nice formal gardens and I love the carriages outside. can`t wait for the roof to be done ( bet you can`t either ) Good luck.

Well done - looks good. Have you worked out how The Gardener is going to prune them? lol Now, that's enough of all the fancy stuff - time to get back to the bricking and tiling!!
