managed to get the majority of the lighting in today, and started on the flooring and skirting and coving. Im still unsure about what lights to use for the kitchen, and also what flooring to use in the nursery.

Hi Kskitt, your newly decorated rooms look great. Lovely colours and nice and bright with lights switched on. If your still looking for spot lights for kitchen, you could also try looking at all the weird and wonderful modern lights from Elf (they also do the silver swivel spotlights mentioned before). Hope this gives you some more suitable choices.

sorry aint be on last few days, have had a very busy weekend, with the biggin hill airshow saturday and then a cricket match yday and then dinner with my parents and the bf parents. But still been getting on with a few things to the house - pics below

quick question for anyone with magpies, did you do coving and skirting board up to the archway downstairs, or did you go over it? I cant work out which looks best
