Default The Bakery - Stage One

Sparing a few details here and there, I've finished the first stage of one of my current projects which is just called "The Bakery" as I am yet to think up a better name.

All the photos of this project are located
HERE

The Bakery is a medieval/tudor business. Stage One is the bakery itself, which is located beneath street level. Next year I'll add Stage Two, which will be a "market" on street level above the bakery and a residence on stilts above that. Beneath the Bakery is a small storage chamber and a sewer. Access to the sewer from the storage area is used by the smugglers who ship gems into the city in the sacks of flour used in the bakery.

That is really good. Not too sure about the new/old resident in the sewer!

Default Your tudor bakery

Just viewed your pics, its an impressive model. I'm just about to embark on a tudor themed project and I'm looking forward to attempting the food and costuming later on. You've really gone to town on populating your bakery!!

I've now started on Stage Two of the Bakery (the shop and house). Thanks to the Christmas break, I've managed to build the basic structure. I just need to finish the roof, balcony railing and a few small details to have the construction phase finished!

If it works (and I've never added a picture to this forum successfully before, so who knows?) here is a photo of the first floor exterior:

If it doesn't work, just take a look at my Flickr photostream HERE
