Hi To all you newbies I missed as have been deluged with family for the last couple of weeks.
Warm welcome to you all . I do hope the "oldies" have been behaving well and have not been leading any of you astray. You have to watch out especially a few who names I will not mention, but they know who they are . Of course there are a couple of us that are very quiet and shy too
As you have possible been told everyone is so helpful and friendly you will all be unable to stay away, and need a daily fix as we all do.

Hi Hmmmm that is not so good to hear If A 0f B was not on her hols it would be 1000 lines or worse still the stocks.
Is a great forum and has been a great help to me as I only got my first house is Feb of this year.
