Default Hello from Italy
Dear all, let me introduce myself :

I'm new, my name is Cristina and I live in Italy, Milan.
I'm 40 and I have a 3 years baby boy.

I love cross stitching, patchwork, painting, decoupage and I have done several room boxes in the last years .

I decided to build a dolls house for me last month, after I finished the one for my niece ( she will be 5 next week)... it all started last Xmas when my niece Anna came to visit me and she was desperately crying because Santa didn't bring her a dolls house. She was really upset so I decided to build one for her birthday.
I planned it and I build a 4 room house, with a terrace (I'll post the pictures later on).... It's almost finished ( i need just to add the flowers on the windows) and I'm now ready for my house .

In Italy the dolls houses are not very common, so I decided to "go abroad" to share this wonderful passion with someone and I found You all!

I hope we can enjoy together and share our experiences.

Welcome to the forum. It is great found other people who are into the hobby as well

Everyone on here are so helpful and many different opinions on the same thing it is great.
