I would like very much to say Good Day to all you fine people here.
I am shortly to be taking possession of a wonderful new building and wanted to speak with some wondrous like minds about the whole incredible business.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you check out "Clifton House" you will discover most of my work is created for free or from carboots so you may hesitate to make my acquaintance. ( only joking ). Will look forward to seeing your wonderful building.
