Roll on Saturday Janey, I have the Pierce it was the 2nd house I bought over 25 years ago, and although it now could do with a revamp and hate the dust that collects in it I still think it is one of my favourites. Will look forward to seeing you progress with yours. This is a pic of my very dusty Pierce.

So much for intuition. Totally wrong. .

It is a lovely house and it will be fun watching what you do with it!

Hello Janey

Glad to hear you got your house but I can feel your disappointment - I bet you wanted to stomp around the place afterwards!! Still, you can spend the time planning.

Oh, bless you!! I feel your frustation!! I would have demanded that DH stay behind so I could drive back with it (but then I do tend to get a bit irrational! I blame it on being an only child! hehe!)

Well at least its yours and its not going anywhere - 3 sleeps!! It will make it all the more wonderful when you do get it home though.

Aaww Janey, do you have a place for the house and is it all ready for it? Only 2 sleeps to go, have to admit I would have hubby taking an extended lunch break to pick it up giggle but that's just me, so impatient with some things!

It would have been one seriously extended lunch break, we picked it up today on a 4hr round trip! Will start a new thread in home sweet home.
