Rubbing acetate/perpex with sandpaper the will give it an opaque frozen effect..................

...LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR CREATIONS......if the fish are too pricey for you to buy......do as patty says and rub the perspex to mark it...and cut up some orange colored plastic bits to look like fish..or get a pikki off the net and put it at the bottom of your pond.........

Your ponds are great Su. I'm definitely going to do a mini garden with a pond but still at the planning stage.
