Default Pond ideas......

...Save the plastic inserts from packaging and make them into ponds, archeaology trenches(stick used tea leaves to the sides to look like soil)...you can buy stones from 1 shops that look like boulders in this scale..or buy a pack of pebbles from your garden centre......plastic fish tank plants(1 shops) look good...and cheap enough to cut up for tiny greenery inside the pond...if you don't want to use scenic waters then cover the top of youe pond with perspex..packaging will do again.......

Arrow

......you can use the stick on floor tiles as a patio, cut easily with a stanley knife...if you don't want to drop the pond and cut around it use air clay, lollypop sticks, pebbles etc to make your own surround.......score the perspex or drizzle glue over it to give it the wet look.....put your lichen and flowers inside and around the pond .....add some fish and frogs...... ....would look great in your fairy gardens...!!!

What a brilliant idea! Thank you for sharing. I especially like the idea of using perspex/acetate as 'water' - I would never have thought of that!
