Talking Beautiful Tudor cottage, similar to Kate's Cottage!

I thought I'd share this with you all as it is gorgeous and so similar to Kate's Cottage. I am watching it as I think it is wonderful but it is too far away for me so thought I would share in case anyone else may be interested.

Oh it would be lovely to see Kate's Cottage back in the catalogue!

That is nice. Is that the house that Sal (dolly donut) used for her christmas scene.

I can't say for certain but if it is a real Kate's Cottage then the owner has been doing some kit-bashing.

In the real one the stairs are a dark stained colour and they turn round the corner onto the landing. Similarly this cottage appears to have a flat half landing at the bottom which isn't present in the real house.

The staircase wall in the real house comes to the full height of the building to help support the roof.

The front door is also different to the real house.

My feeling is that it is probably just a similar style to Kate's Cottage rather than a real one but who knows - unless you are the seller and you made the changes that I've mentioned?

I am definitely not the seller as I would love to have a Kate's Cottage of my own. I would never part from any of my dolls houses and I am not from the United Kingdom like the seller is, but from the lovely island of Malta.

I just said that it's Kate's Cottage because I had asked the seller if it was a DHE kit. The seller was very helpful and told me that he had made various alterations to the kit to make it more look like a Tudor Style as he mainly changed the whole roof.

I like to ask and check for certain about things before jumping into conclusions. You should try and do the same.

Well I am pretty sure that there is one happy buyer.
