l can recall the original B&W television shows from when l used to stay at my Grandmas place (we didn't have a television). The opening music was dreadful and still haunts me to this day. l've never watched the show, the music was enough to put me off.

l have a large vinyl plotter and cut signs for shops/cars/private signs. A chap from up in them thar hills rang and asked if l'd come up to measure up for a sign.
Off l went to this strange little hill top farm and he pointed to a Tardis.
Yes, he had a phone box up there and wanted me to make up the 'Police box' signs. l went to step inside to measure the sides and he grabbed me by the arm.
Says 'If you don't come back, l'll look after your car'.
Great. Just great. Way to spook a girl!
(Nothing happened, l measured and made the signs, l lived and stayed in the right universe).

love it Su! brought back memories of Saturday night behind the sofa. Daleks definitely the scariest and possibly the cybermen.

Things - that sounded a bit scary too!

I only remember the first and second doctors, didn't watch the others. I don't know if the theme tune has changed but I loved the original one.

Remember watching lost in space...............didn't like Mr Smith though he had quite a rat like face! Torchie was my favorite..............my grandad used to call me 'Bossy boots' after one of the characters! Don't know why....I was a perfectly behaved little girl and never twanged my half sisters suspenders when she bent over

Love and thanks for the memories!
