Oh Sylvi you made me chuckle. But in certain circumstances you are right.

I bought my first house in May and my hubby was full of encouragement as he recognised I needed a hobby especially over the winter months. However, as times gone on and I've spent all my spare time on it to say nothing of the cost I'm not quite so sure he still feels the same way. Then when I bought another property just recently I think he thought I had gone truly mad, lol. But thats what I love about this site, that there are so many like minded people out there, I'm not the only mad one

You are lucky that he is finally doing it for you Rebecca. It will look great when your shelf is full of projects. I have been waiting about the same amount of time for my hubby to do the same for me. There is never enough room with this growing hobby so I'm always looking for more places to put things and going up the walls is the only option now.

Thank you so much ladies. Yes I totally agree with you. We do drive our hubbies mad. Iwonder how they keep up with us. I guess they can't beat us so they have to join us.

Hi Rebecca,
What big as well as lovely surprise. Men are surprising sometimes, aren't they. Congrats to both - your new room as well as your title.
